switching game files to different drive

I want to swap my game folders to another drive to free up storage, can i just ctrl + x and paste into my desired drive or is there something else I have to do?

Install the game on that drive and then move your tracks to the new install folder.

i see the unistall application, but where do i find the application to reinstall it? im only seeing the demo installation application on the website. Sorry, it's been years since I played/installed this

You could move your install folder to the new drive and use the 1.13 update installer, or send me an email from the account you ordered with and I'll resend the download email for you.
