so i started messing with the sound and graphic contorls and messed something up how do i set it back to default or what is default settings?

In your personal folder just delete the config file, it will reset your bike setttings and gear setup though (you can just open it and copy those things and paste them in a text document to replace later). When you restart the game it will make a new one.
