You can do all of this, with any given setup, it's how YOU ride not how your setup handles really..

wat bout the roll settings and the rider does that have alot to do with handleing

The rider does have alot to do with handling
I never changed roll settings in the stability tab, just ride with whatever stability you feel comfortable, all I change is steering strength and max steering force.

Try looking at the YOUR SETUP thread i think tgeres like 30 different setups there

Honestly, A good setup is really only used to get the best possible time u can on a track. I could use the stock setup and corner, whip and hit whoops fast. Modified setups just allow you to do certain things a little faster.
If you cant whip with the stock setup, you need to practice more. Not get a new setup.
