Dirt Bike controller
hey guys did anyone ever try to make a dirt bike controller with like with a reall size bike that you lean to turn and twist the throttle and shift gears and stuff with shifters and brake and clutch levers i know they used to make home made steering wheels and shifters by taking buttons and sensors i mean im sure it could be done has anyone seen anything like it before?

Re: Dirt Bike controller
how would the game respond to something like that though?
isnt the bike control more based off leaning the rider and thus the bike, rather than turning handlebars?

Re: Dirt Bike controller
i messed around with something like this (actually not like this at all it was a pushbike wired up to a mouse lol) i decided it took up too much room and gave up, however i was interested in using a wiimote as i have seen them attatched to a spring-horse with good effect(like a playground horse that you sit on and it is on a spring leans forward and back side to side.) then if somebody was willing to dismantle a nunchuck for the handlebar controls i think it could be done just not by me
