How did you do this step? I can't seem to figure out a way to expand the last layer of pixels outward.

Thanks jlv, might try that if I can't figure it out in PS.

That'd be great, the only thing I've found is the Minimize filter but it doesn't seem to do something a bit different.

Haha, nah you got it down. That's all you use. Just set it to 1 then apply it a bunch of times. If you set it higher it'll ruin everything.
