It's easy just open the png or psd in gimp or photoshop and then get the text tool and put your name and number on it. Then name it the same as the jms. SIMPLE!

Yes I got that far but I can't figure out how to save it as a png in gimp

Save it as the xcf file (if thats what it is) then take it and go to file in gimp and click export to then do .png and then cut it and paste it to your personal folder from wherever you end up saving it. Then rename it like maxamus said.
