Template Problems

I open up a template of a crf450 but when it loads its completely white is there a way to make it colored or is it broken
Which program do you use? Who made the template and have you tried to disable the white color allready? Maybe there is just one layer filled with white
And next time pls ask in the "models and skins" thread or in the "help" thread
