Theo Sieciechowicz (Reako Designs) Scamming

I recently tried to contact Theo to buy some helmet cutouts, he said the price would be 25 but did not specify which currency to send it in, He said I would get all helmet colorways that Motosport had for the 2021 Supercross season, I sent him the money and he has only sent me 4 of 9 cutouts, He has blocked me on discord and is not responding anymore. (I probably should have asked what currency but that is besides the point)
