I'm not sure what you're trying to sell, but you can't sell other peoples' work. So if you're selling an image that you created 100% that someone could overlay on michael30's boots in photoshop, that's legal. If you're selling michael30's boot texture with your modifications added, that's a derivative work and you can't distribute it without michael30's permission.

Also never bought my boots in the first place.
