Add teams thread

Its so hard to see when race events are because of all the team threads. So i think it would be way better to add a teams thread here in the forum!

I'll add a teams forum under racing.

It's a good way to keep the kids busy.

And also if you are going to do that,allow thread makers to edit their post,that way we avoid useless spamming.(only in team section)
