ingame messaging/race invites

it would be cool to make this similar to ps3, or steam. be able to see who is racing online, what they are racing, and send them an invite to your game or visa versa.
i feel like a loner when it comes to this game. i dont do all the msn, skype stuff.

I feel like this would be REALLY hard to impliment.

Another idea i think would be way easier would be a server browser. Or atleast a server list. Something as simple as:
[IP , # of players/ Max Players, Ping, Current track]?

Maybe when you click on one it becomes selected and up top the normal connect bar gets filled with the IP and you can click connect?

If you want Advanced you can Have it also Where when its selected you can Rename it So the Simpits IP i can name "MX Sim Pits" so i know instead of remembering the IP or something. Or have an [Edit] or [Delete] Button.

This is all getting very detailed but what im saying JLV if we had a very simple server list where we could save out servers ingame (more than just saving most recent 15 or so join servers with page up/down it would help the game ALOT.
