Opponent Lists

Post by MX_Cardinal »

There should be a way that you can group all or some of your custom riders/helmets/bikes up and make AI riders use them, as well as assigning numbers to them, like if you want to race against the real AMA Supercross riders or something. Or can you already assign models/skins to the AI? Just wondering.

I'm not sure if it's possible to give each ai their own skin but I know it is possible to change the default skins somehow

AI riders pull from the default, alt1 and alt2 skins. There may be an alt3; it's been a while since I've dealt with them. You just add _alt# to the end of the skin to assign it as an alt. Stock skins and models use the normal naming convention, but you don't add any extra model or skin names.

So what would I do to make the AI run custom bike and rider models and skins? How would I name them?

Just a quick question while we are at it, so I don't have to start a new thread. I'm wondering what makes the number's show threw the gear, rather than the bike. I know on the bike you just add/remove the front and side-plate jm's. But on the gear I think it's different....
