Re: better brakes for 250 2stroke
that for sure, but over a jump you have to go same speed and there the 250 needs extremly longer to stop as 125, and the funny thing is 250 4strokes are heavier then 250 2strokes and breaks faster after jumps,

Re: better brakes for 250 2stroke
I gave the 'lites' bikes 150 lb riders and the 'heavies' 175 lb riders. I thought it made sense since it's usually a younger rider on a lites class bike.

IMO the 250 2t rider should be somewhere in between. Say 162.5 LBS. This would make sense, because from what i've seen, most people that ride 250 2 strokes are still a little bit to small to ride a 450.

I thought about that but was afraid I was letting my 2 stroke bias take over.

I think we should hook up some scales to the game that way we could imput our own weight.
It would make people go for a run so they dont sit on the game all day.
To bad there would be no way to inforce this.

I was saying that if JLV had made the 250 2t rider lighter it would have been biased, and that you are very biased.Ballsfalsky wrote:Can't tell what your trying to say Phat. Please speak English.

I honestly don't see how that is Biased at all. It will still brake slower than a 125 and 250f, but will brake faster than a 450, like it is in real life (assuming that the rider is the same weight as in game).

Actually a YZ250 weighs the same as a YZ250f (218lbs). The 250f has engine breaking to help out however.

Re: better brakes for 250 2stroke
Once you get used to it you never notice... it's only when you're changing between bikes. IRL you have trouble getting stopped or turned sometimes too. It's pretty easy to over cook a smooth, baked corner when you're pushing. I think if anything the 125 has way too much engine braking, and the rest of the bikes feel about right. You'd never get a 125 into a skid just by downshifting early.

Re: better brakes for 250 2stroke
have you guys tryed to brake wit rear and front brakes at same time if no then try and say what you think
and do same on 125
and there wont be big difference
if you use only frnt then is becasue of engine braking
