Cuts list reposition

The only ones making this a "big deal" are you guys. Its a simple suggestion to fix up the results list on screen. Make it easier to see who cut and who lost or gained position because of cuts. I believe the conversation started between Wheels and I actually because we were looking for someones cuts in particular that we thought had major cuts but didnt effect their results or something along those lines.

The only reason I was "making it a big deal" was because of who was posting it. AWood has never, to my knowledge, hosted a race that wasn't a part of his demo series, and, until his last reply, I thought that he was almost always top 20. Someone who doesn't host races, and never finishes outside of top 20 without rage quitting, or disconnecting immediately after the moto wouldn't need this to be done. Now Checkerz, Sween, Jon, or Wheels I could see needing this, simply because they host races. But, since AWood informed me that he has 3 bottom 20 finishes this year, I can see why he'd be worried about this
