Re: Tear offs
What if we set a limit on the goggles? So you could have 0-20, 0 would be the option for "off", and 20 would be 20 tear offs available to use. But if the tear offs are set to 0 the screen will continuously collect dirt on the screen, as if you had no tear offs on your goggles. I mean there's plenty of times I ride without tear offs, depending on the amount of riders on the line. But there's also plenty of times try to squeeze on as many tear offs as can.

Re: Tear offs
There would for sure have to be a limit to how many you could run and it would be sweet for a challenge for the faster guys when there in 03 to run no tear offs so there screen would just get muddy
Re: Tear offs
well in a way that would be cheating. if they wanted the challenge they could just set it to 0, but i think everyone would use max tear offs all the time anyways. for 1, not be able to see would get annoying just as irl, so people would just leave the settings set to max due to laziness and not wanting to go back and change it before every moto. and i dont think the server would be able to automatically recognize if a rider is "fast" or not

No I'm saying if they wanted a challenge they could turn it to.
Re: Tear offs
ahhh i see. its a cool concept, but i think jlv has to many other things to work on. and there's so many people against the idea i think he would get tons of complaints that he doesn't want to deal with

Re: Tear offs
It would probably be quite a bit. Rendering all of that would definately take a pretty big hit on your computer if its bad.mxmasta57 wrote:I wonder how bad it will hurt bad computers. I mean getting dirt on your goggles (your pc screen)
