Blue flag for lappers

Is it possible to add in a in game chat type of thing so when the blue flag comes up you can talk through your mic at people?

In real life if a lapper isn't moving i just scream like no tomorrow at them, maybe like when you are on the brakes it lets you scream? or when you are pressing the throttle or something, but it only needs to be on when you want it to be on like a button in bike setup.

While i do not agree with some ideas in this thread i do agree that lappers are in issue, Like last night, i was getting lapped by hunter and playing with him so much i know his lines which helps alot so i just wait until 1-1.5 seconds or a good spot that is easy for them to pass, then i have people like JS4 that i didnt play with all week, so when he came around i just hold my lines until he gets to about 1 second, and then when it gets close just give up the main line for them. It works you just have to use your brain. Hell when i was battling with squidbro at hangtown for 20th he moved for a leader and i fallowed him. We didnt take anyone out, take anyones line, and continued our battle. I think they should enforce the blue flag in serious cases, but if someone is 1.5-2 seconds its no big deal and then you have atom, who passes ddavis and battles with him for 2 laps in like 30th place. In that case, i say penalize him with points, not positions, if im in 30th i dont care if i get 31st i would care if you docked me 5 points from the series though.

I just say you add cops alongside the flaggers who will toss spike strips at those refusing to honor the blue flag. If all else fails give them quads to perform pit maneuvers on lappers.
