Windowed mode (Borderless)

I would like to have the option of having a borderless windowed mode... Basically full screen but without the wait when switching windows, like world of warcraft :)

Try "default fullscreen". It still has a ChangeDisplaySettings call but it should match the desktop exactly now. I tried taking it out but my Vista laptop had some problems without it.
