Number on gear
I know certain sets get released with the little piece of code that allows the number to show on the back of the jersey. Is there a way to make this valid on all gear sets, and then include a "yes/no" option in bike setup whether to actually display the number on the jersey?

Re: Number on gear
So I'll either have the choice of having numbers on the back of everyone, or on the back of nobody?
I don't get it. At least as it is now, if I don't have their gear I can see a number, if I do, it usually has the number printed on it. I don't see how an option to disable it helps?

Re: Number on gear
id liked to see a new code to implement #'s and names on the back gear and applies to new gear that has been released with supercross coming up and the whole new number system. I think the disable feature would work if someone released there name/number already in a set so it wouldn't overlap. Maybe somehow it could rely on text fonts stored or download on your PC to identify the name/number style and size ?

Re: Number on gear
You guys are way over complicating this. If you want to release a set of gear with your numbers skinned on the back, just don't include the rider_plate.jm file in your package. If you release some public gear without skinned numbers you need to include the plate file.

Would be sick, but also, is it possible that you can put your name on the skin?
Like the MVA games, you can get your name on it.

Re: Number on gear
Like phat said, you could use two different models for numbers/no numbers. I've been planning on making it skip the numbers if the skin name has a number in it. E.g. "rider_body-team_awesome-joemotocross#999.png" wouldn't draw the plate models.
