Pole at the inside.

Post by scheeve3 »

Would it be possible to have a pole at the inside of some corners on the SX tracks? In real life they do it also sometime's. So riders can't cornerjump.
Because right now there are some guys who are corner jumping and then they're suprised they have a superbig penalty.

Maybe something like they use in Bercy.

To be honest, I have never seen anything like this on any AMA track.

Mikey's pic told me where the track was that had it, here's a less blurry pic. My expert analysis reveals that it's an overwhelmingly complex cylindrical shape made of a yellow-dyed plastic compound.

The last time I saw it in the ama they just used a stick of a broom. But I think that a small pole like that would be irritating because a lot of ppl won't even realize they're hitting a pole. And they will be pretty hard to see I think.

I think it would be good if it had no collison. That way you could get an idea of when you were cutting, and if your a fuckwit, you could still cut.

All this reminds me of is how many times I've hit my head on the barrels at Edmonton Ave.

Nah, the marker should just be there so people know they can't cut without getting fined time. IRL I doubt those things are deep enough to stop you from just flattening them if you actually wanted to cut.

I'm not sure but that looks quite tougher than a ski pole
