Next Track Vote Option

I know the new snapshot just realeased... (shitty timing)

But would there be any chance/want for a server command for riders to "/servernext" and add a vote to go to the next track in a servers map rotation.

Obviously could be disabled on servers such as 02 or simpits when qualifying is happening or when people just dont want it enabled. But would work well on 00, 01, 03, etc When we get to say Daytona, or a James Stewart Compound (great tracks both of them) but say halfway through the first race people are leaving and stop racing and nobody feels up for it, and the race is over or almost but not close to the 15 minute cutoff and People go "great we have to restart and race here again", it would be great to have a skip or next command for the servers.

I feel like im rambling but you get the gist of it.

i have an Idea it could be "server, vote 1" or what ever track and to find out what track you can have the option to do server, listtracks command to find out what track you're voting for, I think that'd be a great command!

yes yes yes. cant stand getting stuck on a track that i hate for 3 motos. add in the time it takes for people to restart sometimes, and you spend a half hour before youre on a new track.

really bad in 01 on say Stewart Compound and you dont wanna do 3 motos on it.

But that would get old on a track. But that would get hard and have to to have a time limit to expire the vote for another to stop.

I would at least like a "server, next" to go along with "server, restart" and have them both on different queues to at least go to the next track in the server.

I feel the system we have is too complicated for a listtracks command

Well, it's funny you say that, because there is already a server, listtracks and server, restart command. The restart command just requests a restart and the listtracks command shows all of the tracks and a number.

I know there is restart, and listplayers, i did not know about listtracks.

But what i was saying was maybe being able to couple that with a vote system. But that seems too complicated and i dont want that.

I just want the ability to skip to next track in the rotation with a seperate vote

becayse that would send a request for a specific track, with 15 people in a lobby, most might say oh i dont want that, or it will go back in the order, and you have to have a time limit or else it will stay queued until the next restart and people cant call for another vote.

I think the server, next command (or whatever it would end up being) would be better because some servers (01) you dont always know what track is next in the rotation like 03. Then you dont get people not voting because they specifically dont want the next track.

We can change switching to specific tracks for admins.
