when riding in real life you can see the peak of your helmet and the mouth bit (dunno what its called) so if we had it in the game it would be cool and in the settings if you turn 1st person invisible rider the helmet would go invisible aswell

When riding you don't really 'see' it though cause your eyes are focussed at what's ahead?
I think in mxs it would just be annoying and compromise your view..

All though this isn't a bad idea... I must agree with Jester. It sounds like a cool idea. But sometimes too much cosmetics takes your focus off of the game. Just my two cents.

BUt it gives it the more realistic feel to it! When you ride you still have to worry about it.. It makes the game more of a challenge the way i see it!
