Request Restart Restriction and Vote Track
Im sick of noobs waltzing in to a server and requesting a restart the millisecond they load up.Why cant they fucking be patient and wait for the race to end? It's not that difficult. I was hoping request restart could be restricted until everyone finishes the current race. I'm just tired of noobs doing that kind of stuff. Also, a vote track feature would be nice. Racers could optionally choose from a menu consisting of the server's tracklist and vote for whatever they want, and the track with the most votes wins. If no votes are placed, the tracklist will default to the normal rotation.

As I recall that was fixed.
EVERYONE in the race has to restart in order for a restart to occur
UNLESS its within the first 2 laps then you only need 50% of people raccing to restart
And there is a 60 second delay after the race has finished in order to allow others to finish.
People in warmup do not get there restarts counted.
Im not 100% sure about this but I believe it to be true.
