Should be able to do it if you have a template for the wheels, just paint them however you want...

Don't know what's a split rim but there's a template for the sm wheels in the 9999th Dj's post I think.

That is for the Marchesini style wheels though not a spoked wheel like the Alpina wheels.

Not sure where you can find a template for them.
