No more reboot game to load gfx settings

As the title suggest It is soooo annoying in races people spamming the chat "Can i reboot for my graphics settings"

It would be great to make the game load those settings just as it loads the suspension or the stability.

You would have to disconnect from the race to refresh the graphics anyway. Closing the game to load the settings doesn't take that much longer

Is it possible to make it so when the race restarts it loads the graphics? Or no because it doesnt reload the track and some riders?

It's definitely possible. Kind of a mess to reload everything though. Also, considering how shaky some of the drivers are you're better off with a clean start in my opinion.
