That´s not a tutorial on how to scrub, it´s a video with the differences between a whip and a scrub. But by watching it, you maybe will get an idea on how to attempt to scrub?

Lean into the the face of the ramp like you would on a whip but before you leave the ramp crank the bars the opposite direction which will turn the wheel into the ramp stay on the gas and the back wheel should* kick out and you have just scrubbed. Takes A LOT of practice good luck!
