Have to agree. Probably the one of the most annoying things that happen while racing. Not only that but if you're racing a rF event it seems like everyone joins at the same time so it lags.

Maybe also mute the restart text when everyone is muted. That was pretty annoying when Phat was trying to do the riders meeting.
