So after a little bit of playing around with Hughsey on Shadows new free ride track earlier, it got a little tedious on the start, waiting 15 seconds bla bla, then having to keep going back and forwards to test jumps.
I was thinking, how about a few different "Game Types" for the server options? Race, Practice & Free Ride.
Race, well, as it is now..
Practice, No gate, enter straight in instead of warmup mode, Collisions off but with lap times enabled still. Useful for practice servers, as you can still be with other riders and make sure you're keeping up, learning the lines etc but without people shouting noob etc if you tap them whilst practicing.
Free ride, No gate, faster to get up from a fall, enter straight in instead of warmup mode, a command such as a /savepos and /gotopos, such as I want to try a big hit and it's a fairly long run and annoying to get back, I type /savepos and then go for it, if I fail I /gotopos and try over, a bit like time trial with the back key. There's a few cool free ride tracks out/coming out but it gets tedious with the restarts for new people etc. Plus some free ride servers would be nice, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person that enjoys it.

I really like the position marker idea.

What id like which probably is inpossible is a multiplayer track editor, so you and a buddy can make a track and ride sections and make changes really quickly and easily
