In Game Command(s)

Post by XFR Motorsports #222 »

I was wondering if there was a way that we could turn the hud on/off in game instead of going to properties and typing it in all the time when making videos :?: :?
like: "/togglehud" ?

Right click on the shortcut and add --hidden-hud to target

click ok.

Can't get much easier :/

Well......it could get much easier. You could be in the game and hit "`" (to the left of the number 1), type in your command and have your changes apply instantly like other games. You know, instead of closing the game each time you want to change a hidden hud or hidden pause command. And with the new load times that came with the new snap shot it would be much easier and faster. ehh?

Actually a great ideal. Sim is missing a console. every command even server commands could be accessed through it. I would love to see this in the near future :)

Never thought of it in that form. I was thinking of opening chatbox and typing /togglehud

The thing you and Awood suggest does sound rather useful though now that its a little more clear.

I know how to do that. But it would be easier to toggle it in-game
