Saved setups command

Post by J.Armstrong »

This is basically for Blake Shiman, he brought up that if he could type a command like /listsetups or server, listsetups that would show every saved setups. Would be nice if you are testing and maybe can't remember what the read setup name was. Something like that atleast, with the date and time next to it, of when you saved it.

Would be nice. It can be cumbersome going into your personal folder to see what you named it.

I have 1 setup for SX, havent found an SX track it doesn't work great on yet. As far as nationals I just name them as the track name. Easy to remember that way. Other than that, I just use and old fashioned notebook and pen to write settings as Im changing them for testing. It does get a bit much though as I probably have 80 pages or so of setups.

There's a setups folder in your personal folder that you can look at to see all your setups. And if you rename it or edit it in Notepad or something then the game will read the most updated one without restarting the game.

Just a quicker/easier way when you can do it all in game. Especially when you can quickly view and then type in the setup. The setups change without having to restart the game, but the visuals (name, number, bike etc) will change after restart.

I was just saying. Wasn't trying to shoot down the idea or anything.
