I think you just use a premade forum thing so i don't know if this is possible but it would be nice to have imo...

I also think it would be cool to tag someone in a post and they get notified once they are tagged. There are many times I'll say something to someone and forget about it the next day.

Guessing Hamburger Hoffman is an inside joke... Yeah the IM sounds like an interesting idea. I don't think it's anything that should be anywhere near top priority, but it sounds like something I'd use
