When there's downed riders & the flagger is going HAM, It would be nice to have it show up at the bottom. Same for Red bar with triple lights - Of course they could just be Yellow too.
Not sure on Colored Bar hierarchy if they were both to show (Blue lapper bar I mean), maybe a they just stack up on top of each other?
Even without the rider blackout, it would be nice if it could be implemented.

or maybe if they came up in one line but each color didn't take up the whole width of the screen
