Online Practice?

So I was derping around in single player and an idea popped in my head. What about a practice script or something? or maybe a server setting? (I don't know shit about servers..) you either run the script/enable it, and its an infinite number of laps on one track, or until you change it. So say you have a just practice server, you put the track you want and put in on practice. and if more and more people join, you can request a restart and when the normal amount of people restart (i believe its half the number of total players) it restarts and starts over. I don't know if i'm explaining this well or if I'm sounding like an idiot.
just trying to get the idea out there. jlv could something like this happen?

You don´t HAVE TO stop when the race finishes. Just keep riding, and it will be just like you described

But the laps won't count. As for laps I was thinking it could list your fastest laps in order. And plus after a race, the timing gates don't count. So you always have that one guy broing for it across the track. If this were real, the timing gates would still be active and could ghost the person.

Would be cool wih an insten laptime of riders on the top left. like the fastest lap of each rider that are connected.
