Not another "new game engine thread"
would you rebuy the game for a new up to date engine?
Pay another 40$? Heck I would pay 100$ for it to have a new engine!
the amount of time I have on this game is unreal compared to other games.
I see this as a game that will never die.
and will be happy to give JLV money for a new engine.

Do you own more than one copy of Call of Duty? Do you own more than one game in a franchise?Wiggles wrote:+1JT43 wrote:No, why would i buy something i already own?

Better optimization which would lead to greater capabilities graphically and physically in the game. Jlv has already said multiple times though it would mean re coding the entire game from the ground up and he has no interest in doing that.TH_722 wrote:Yes enlighten me please

As far as I know, its not that JLV's engine is old, its just that he made it all by himself, so he is just working to improve it, although I do agree, Cryengine is exceptional, the legal issues with that is tremendous, not to mention the major issue with actually rebuilding the game.

They're all the same, just different content that could just be DLC's.KTM57 wrote:COD = worst possible analogy

Re: Not another "new game engine thread"
COD has run on the same engine for 6 iterations, so how is it relevant? I'm having an even harder time than normal with following your thought process and what you're trying to say here.
