Tricks

Post by Branhedge10 »

I'm not sure if anyone has thought of this or put a topic about this in my 2 years of playing, but I feel like a small preset of tricks would be pretty cool to have. Nothing complicated, just simple ones like a nac nac, heel clicker, no hander, and a taunt. Sometimes I feel like throwing a taunt after taking the lead, or a Classic Jeremy McGrath Nac-Nac. Any thoughts???

It seems jlv is scrambling to fix somthing with the snap chat right now so i dont see it happening any time soon. Its would be awesome to pull a nac flip though!

I think balancing the tricks would be hard, like how close should the feet be to the pegs before crashing etc. On the other hand, I don't have any spare buttons or fingers really to do tricks with.

Considering most people play on controller this would be very difficult to balance and map out since most buttons are already in use. I agree with Wahlamt.

I use a xbox controller and i never use my L R bumpers or D pad, Even if the animation was crappy i think it would be fun

I have right stick and the dpad free, but that'd mean to move my fingers from other essential buttons.

I have the d-pad free, I see no way of that working well.

100% agree! would love to do some show off stuff too during a race, I did see a nac nac and a fist pump at Houston on the weekend!

jlv just needs to add a "trick trigger" for rider animation. and maybe supply us with a script and template for a animation (blender maybe). we could then make the animations ourselves. your thoughts jlv?
