Re: PC Section in forum
No John, he is asking for a sub forum for PC specific threads just like the title suggests.
I agree this would be nice to have, would also help if there were pinned topics with graphic settings information etc.

^^^^ Hahaha
Puma, to show your worth why don't you put together a thread with some type of protocol for users to post their performance. Like a MXS benchmark if you will. Then it will be a lot easier to say exactly how much is necessary to run a 40 man gate at medium quality since it has been asked once a week since the beginning of time. To think of it, way more than 40 people have asked that question so I could deduce that 1/2 of them will never have to run with 40 people on the track.

Re: PC Section in forum
If there was some way to standardize it I would do it but with each track/rider/bike having such large differences its tough. Then if there was a way to standardize it how would you standardize the way people share that information? Its something I have always wanted to give a go and a general PC FAQ help thread but with so many variations in this game its tough to nail down a right answer with proof and it being reproducible.
JLV, a nice addition to the new models would be some sort of render scene test that gave a report of the average FPS at your current FPS/Normal/High presets. Maybe even custom resolutions and uncapped framerates just for giggles?

IDK that is why we (and when I say we I mean you) voted yourself into office. Would sure make recommending stuff easier. I agree a test scene that runs the same every time would be great, mainly just to make sure settings are the same between different users.
