Shouldnt front flip be way harder than a back flip?
In real life, doing a front flip is very hard on the bike, meanwhile the back flip is a lot easier. For example, not until recently we the front flip was done by nitro circus (correct me if i'm wrong), meanwhile, nitro circus has also done a triple back flip,

In game its the oposite, the front flip is very easy, and the back flip is much harder.

I beg to differ, the front flip imo is way harder. I can't do a front flip to say my life in sim. Same in irl (on a trampoline).

Yeah, backflips are super easy on FMX style jumps. We used to do them before rider lean with some help from special traction.

Shouldnt it be fixed in game though? This is a sim right? So why not make it harder to complete a front flip, lol, and do a backflip way easyer.KTM57 wrote:Yeah, backflips are super easy on FMX style jumps. We used to do them before rider lean with some help from special traction.

Thats what i was saying, in sim its extreamly easy to do a front flip, and the backflip is very hard in sim. But its opposite in real life XD.jeremy103 wrote:I beg to differ, the front flip imo is way harder. I can't do a front flip to say my life in sim. Same in irl (on a trampoline).

You don't understand. We are saying that you're wrong and that backflips are easier.

This might seem like a goon question but how do people even do backflips in this game?

You lean forward about halfway up the jump face, then snap backwards and pop the clutch at the lip of the jump.

Is it because of your stop wheelies or some other assist to keep your front wheel down?

For even easier, snap the front brake for a split second too before you snap the clutch and lean back, at least I get more backwards spin from that.KTM57 wrote:You lean forward about halfway up the jump face, then snap backwards and pop the clutch at the lip of the jump.

I guess that could generate more lift from the forks if you did it correctly, but I run both of my brakes on the same axis, so it would just stall me out the majority of the time.

Re: Shouldnt front flip be way harder than a back flip?
I have that set only to font only. Im not saying I cant do a backflip, but in mx sim, backflips are harder to do than the front flip. But in real life front flips are very hard and back flips are easier to do.Pumaxcs wrote:Is it because of your stop wheelies or some other assist to keep your front wheel down?

Re: Shouldnt front flip be way harder than a back flip?
When you purposely do a front flip its way easier in sim, than the back flip. I do it all the time, I just lean back at the face and lean forward at the lip and then hold my breaks. But to do the back flip its way harder. This is my opinion, im not saying you guys are wrong, you guys might find it easier to do the back flips than me.KTM57 wrote:You don't understand.
