Letter selector and reverse steering

Not something really urgent but would be cool to have an alphabet selector in the track selection menu to jump to tracks that start with a certain letter.

Forgot the 2nd part...Whats the strength of the steering while backing up? On tracks that have any ruts, even if not visible, its so hard to back up and turn if the front wheel is stuck in a rut. Like racing on Agueda, theres alot of edges that arent really visible as anything other than a dip but if you go down and have to reverse you end up going the same direction while the front just slides. Would be cool to have it turned up if that would fix it that is.

I don't think it changes the steering force when reversing, but it puts a huge torque on the frame to rotate it which would easily overwhelm the steering.

It exists now, just type in the track field box.
