Time Trail re-start button change

Post by HuffenPuffer801 »

Instead of having the re-start button as back-up, could you make the re-start button step or something else cause I find it annoying having it as back up botton

x10. I suggested it before but didnt really have any pull. Think the problem was people think if you using reverse, you probably should be restarting anyways, which I disagree with. Some tracks, the way timing gates are, the second you start or restart, you are placed on a take off of a jump and can really get going without needing to back of up or turn around. Time like this it would be perfect to have an option.

Or could we have the option in time trial to have the restart button restart you in the current position or closest timing gate that you crashed?
This would be insanely helpful for track editing... :D Faster testing...Instead of taking you all the way back to start.. and no I dont want to move the timing gate ,that gets old quick...
Just asking..

Start- YES /NO
? Current position - YES/NO
? Closest Timing Gate -YES/NO

What if it was like in mx vs atv where you could place a reset point and go to that or you can just go to the nearest safe place

I think people will argue that people will get faster lap times then they should get. But really they won't and your right it would make track editing some much easier and even practicing parts on a SX track a lot easier so
