MX Simulator

So, I am not sure if this has been mentioned before, however while i was making my Teams pack for outdoors, trying to best organize the naming so it was easy for each team member to find their respective gear options and bike skins, I realized just how many different options would show up in the menu(6 gear sets x 11 people=66 options) and that is just one team pack, not to mention the files you would need to see other people's bikes on the track.

So, long story short, I started thinking, what if there was a "view only" or "hidden" option for gear and bike skins, where if someone else was wearing it, it would be visible to you on the track, however it would not show up in your gear and bike options, to prevent having to sort through hundreds of different gear sets of other people you would like to see, but would never ever run as they contain the wrong name and number.

I assume this could be done with either an additional folder added within the personal folder, or possibly a different file extension type, however i realize it wouldnt be the easiest thing in the world, but i feel like this would be an awesome way to stop having to compromise between being able to see your friends/ fellow racers cool bikes and gear, and not having one million files in your menu options/personal folder.

I have 9172748291818374858378 different skins from downloading from our streaming list. And 9 people on our team with 7 different gear colors, and 3 different bikes weve used in the past

Just a simple folder system in the choose gear/bike menu would solve so much.
Each team have their own folder. Simple and clean

Just being able to filter out team gears would make my life better.

you know you can actually press the button to choose your gears

so you name them like "2016 teamname-Tison#13 color 1"
"2016 teamname-Tison#13 color 2"
"2016 teamname-Tison#13 color 35"

and you press or

Ohhh, so i only have to remember the nomenclature I used along with what everyone else used to make their gear. While this is great for a few sets, for the ten million i end up with, i need to be able to hide some.

yeah 100% agree with you but at least for now, it's better than search your line in your 50 pages of skins
