Locked 3rd person while spectating

Locked 3rd person while spectating
Is there anyway we can get an option to have the 3rd person be locked to normal when spectating? It gets annoying sometimes having to spin the camera with them

Press tab and it is like a third camera view that you're able to use, would be really cool and nice to have this implemented into the game but it is pretty nice that its able to spin around the rider because it helps out with spotting people.

It would be useful to have this when it comes to reviewing demos and seeing what the rider really saw in 3rd
