MX Simulator

I was thinking of adding a feature for servers where you set an interval (in seconds for example) where the blue flag starts flashing to warn drivers that the player behind is really close.

For example, if the interval is set to 1 sec, from 3 sec to 1,1 sec, the blue flag stays fixed and from 1 sec on it starts blinking.

I think it could be useful in official races where blue flags are a problem for the leaders
