Split Timing Gates

With the '25 Charlotte SMX layout having a new style of split start, I think it's time for a revision to the timing gate system. I think it'd also open up the game for some cool split layout options and give us track makers some more creativity. It'd also be useful when there are split lanes on daytona or such where we can jump over the middle of the split. I was thinking maybe you could have the two timing gates on the same line separated by a specific character and it would generate two timing gates. Ex. 13a and 13b. Just something to think about before the race in September.
