MX Simulator on PSP – Could It Work?

I’ve been thinking a lot about how cool it would be to have MX Simulator on the PSP. The controls are already there—an analog stick, triggers, and face buttons—so it seems like it could work really well. Obviously, the PSP isn’t as powerful as a PC, but with some optimization, I feel like it could run decently.
The biggest challenge would be actually getting the game onto the PSP. I don’t know much about porting games or if it’s even possible with the way MX Simulator was built, but I’ve seen plenty of homebrew projects bring other PC games to the PSP. Maybe a simplified version could work? Even if it meant reducing the physics complexity or graphics, I still think it would be an awesome way to play the game on the go.
I wanted to throw this idea out there and see what you guys think. Has anyone here messed around with PSP homebrew or game development? Do you think this could even be possible, or is the PSP just too limited to handle it? If not, maybe a mobile version would make more sense.
Let me know what you guys think.
