Hey was just looking around the Media Section and saw alot of people with Blured Backgrounds etc made in Photoshop. And i just thought that maybe it would be cool if we could have a Photo Mode like Forza 3, GT3 etc etc. Where you can changes shutter speed, apenture, brightness, contrast and so on.
I know its not like NEEDED right at this second but it would be amazingly cool not having to edit pictures for ages.

Re: Photo Mode
most of the guys that edit pictures do so because that's something they like doing and it usually doesnt take ages, most of the time the simple effects are the best. I would be cool to have a "photo-mode", but the biggest drawback is there would be a single effect that would be chosen by most and overused.

Thats very true. Like on fm.net it was all the same, over and over.JP37R wrote:most of the guys that edit pictures do so because that's something they like doing and it usually doesnt take ages, most of the time the simple effects are the best. Have something like how GT5 rerender everything to look crisp and real would be all we really need. Editing is done in PhotoShop not in a Moto simulator.

Only car game I have played is GT5. Other than their photo mode I haven't seen one in a game.

Re: Photo Mode
I had mentioned how cool it would be to have adjustable graphics quality settings on the fly, ie I hit position the camera for a screenshot, hit some hotkey that increases the model detail and image quality etc etc, reloads the graphics, takes the screenshot, then resets the graphics settings would be sweet (perhaps that is similar to what Puma is describing).
I believe this would be more valuable then the photo settings the OP is describing, which can generally be done thru postprocessing (although I wouldn't mind those settings either!)
