Any intelligent person should act this way already, but here are the rules:

Gunar is walking a thin line with his past, but I wouldn't say he needs to be banned considering he seems like he's matured a lot and is actually pretty chill. Hopefully his immature ways are done for good because it's always good to have fast riders in the community.
