I usually allow for a little profanity, otherwise I'd have to ban everyone in the server. But racial epithets are unacceptable.

I've banned UID 4275 "Devin Davis | O'Neal Racing" for 1 day. Next time will be a week.

No, he was after all trying to defend 772. I don't think 772 took offense. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I do tend to rage but this is the first time I've used a racial comment. And I won't do it again, so I'm banned until est. 10:30pm tomorrow night? I can live with that.

I don't believe he took offense at that remark. It was a bit of a circus in the chat after the initial comment as I'm sure you saw though.

Yeah I think a 1 day ban is good for me because I may have been pushing my boundaries at times so it's good for a temporary ban, and this time I mean it when I say I'm done raging at people in chat!

Devin next time just don't say anything in chat, If someone takes you out its just a public race and just be like "thanks" even if they punt you across the whole track.

Devin you cant just go around using the nword especially in a legitimate statement like that, you should write a reply of what you the that word means. You don't realize how inconsiderate and rude that is. It doesn't matter who you are. Why don't you just think before you speak for once, you would have a much easier time in this world.

Why did you two feel the need to add your input? The issue is resolved and devin has accepted his punishment and apologized. No need to try and keep piling on. This isn't a fumble recovery drill....

When I said it I didn't know who 772 was, all I know is that lappers were being a pain in the ass and when he jumped into me I finally flipped about 40 feet off the track and lost the lead with two turns left (I know it's only 03) and said it based purely out of rage, and to be honest it just so turns out he is in fact black, with my luck. I apologized shortly afterwards in chat and even messaged him on facebook, lets all move on from this and not try to bring it up any chance you can. Okay?
