Im with rockstar, honestly if you want to dick around after a race in a PUBLIC server then he has all the right to say restart. If you're going to be doing transfers and what not then make your own server, because I wanna race not sit here for 10-20 sometimes even 30 minutes just so you can get a fun transfer in.

The problem with MotoRockstar is when he finishes he instantly starts spamming the chat with ''RESTART!'' with no care in the world that other people are racing still.

Dude I was playing the stock server yesterday, This same 777 dude had a couple buddies in the server, And they wouldn't restart. We literally sat and waited like 18 minutes after the race was finished and a bunch of people were even asking politely for a restart, He would say "NO." and keep gooning around. I know it's not worthy of a ban, But what a little fucker he is. lol

Like someone said in this topic, if you want to race so bad go race against AI's. Oh wait you want to ban him for not restarting or for asking a restart?
It's annoying when you don't have much time to make a qualifying lap for some race and people won't restart. If you are there to chat then please gtfo and get a skype/TS/Mumble/MSN/vent etc etc.
