Cutting track, punting and destruction derby type racing. I ran a race this morning on the stock server and got punted 2 times by this guy so I go back and look at demo just to see what he was doing and I find him waiting for people to pass one after another just to punt them in the corners over and over again. Unfortunately for that demo I had never did the ban court process so I missed it and decided well maybe if I spectate on the next race he will do it again and sure enough I was able to catch 2 demo's of him being a jerk once again but no where near the first demo I wish I would have gotten lol!! still enough though for a ban and i'm hoping this is his final ban request because ultimately no one wants people like this on the server after we pay money for the game and want to enjoy and be competitive.

P.S. since its my first post I would like to say .. huge riding fan and JLV you have made the game we all had wished for.. for many years! it kicks major ass and great job.. I'm a programmer also and have done game development for mobile AIR/Flash and program in C/C++ (old school days lol) but anywho the reason I said that is I realize how much work and caffeine you put into this game and it really suprises me one man was able to motivate himself to keep up with this the forum the updates and just everything to do with the game.. great job man.. your a idol for us all!

To save you time JLV the #1 demo is the main one that shows his stupidity. The other demo is on Smithtown and he's just cutting the track. On the demo #1 less than a minute in so you can pretty much just watch that one from the beginning and should get the idea rather quickly.

Not sure what I'm supposed to see there. There was a #2 KX450F riding backwards, but that doesn't seem to be who you're reporting.

The KTM purposely trying to crash into the KX/KXF skipping track on the 2nd and just being venful. I understand either way but I would not report someone if they did not deserve it. I know you need the proof and I thought that would be proof enough like i said my first ban court attempt and probably wont see many more to follow. Maybe someone else will jive in because everyone racing this morning was fed up with this guy and not verbally just the fact he would rather play destruction derby than race. There was much more than what these 2 demo's show, but again I understand and its your call. Just trying to clean up the server of people who make it no fun.

will all respect dont want anyone to think im not being respectful. at the beginning of the #1 demo the kxf block passes him and in the next turn the ktm slams him and its pretty obvious its on purpose.. then he (ktm) slows and waits on the kfx to pass again and crashes him again in the next turn and waits again lol... it appears the kfx turns around after this and rides backwards to check the # of the ktm. i think there is another thing or two on in the demo. the guy never did nothing personal to me except punt me the game before that a couple times.. aggrivating but like i said.. my first ban court.. i dont make a habit of sending people to ban court and i wouldnt send them if i didnt think it was pretty legit. again you have to have proof and you got tons of demo's to watch so i understand your a busy man and like i said before.. thanks a ton for the amazing game either way you rock and im glad i purchased the game and hopefully with some more practice i'll b seeing you guys in the pro class

Some time ago at the qualifying server for the GP's , he was taking me down every corner, just because I touched him while passing. So , dude I believe in you.

a quick google of his name will show that he has been banned what looks like perm ban before i could be wrong on that but at least half right.. people begged for him to be un-banned and not sure if its the same guy i would think so.. how many Berry Goudbeek's are out there.. like i said he didnt do nothing personal to me but it is bull when myself and others pay money to play a game and then taking it serious, trying to pass clean and doing the right thing and even trying to compliment the creator and help out by gathering the stuff and then people on the server are just punting me or someone else. i dont really get mad at it.. but i don't really appreciate getting basically made out a liar just because the dude is a friend of a friend or whatever and i guarantee if that was me i would be done gone and perm banned with no questions asked..

i try to do the right thing in the game and i am one of those people who dont just taddle on anyone for anything and everything.. if i say someone did something they did it and i understand that JLV might not think the demo showed enough but i don't need someone jumping in and telling me i dont know what i'm talking about the guy is so cool he can goon all he wants or whatever the case might be.

thanks for backing me up dude. the funny thing is the guy was punting so much and i know this because i was there and seen it and then this guy pops in and says no way never lol.

it could have been his friend he let play and maybe he was asleep and the friend was being a total jackass on his account who knows.. i know there's tons of trolls on the net and im not totally butt hurt but ive seen plenty of this same treatment on the forum. i want to enjoy this game and thats the bottom line.. i guess if removing myself from the forum and never speaking in the chat allows me to do that maybe that's what i'll do and in the end thats NOT how its supposed to be. you welcome the new guys, help them out and wait for them to become your next competition.
