You can't possibly be mad at us for assuming that. Friday night was the first time I have seen you on the servers, with that name at least. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, and offer this advice...

As far as block passing goes, I believe there is room for improvement in your definition. A block pass is not executed correctly when the rider you are passing ends up on the ground. Knocking a rider down is not an acceptable way to pass, in any form of racing. Rarely in real racing do we see examples of this type of passing, so trying to draw comparisons is a moot point. Your team and it's members are doing it multiple times during each race, you are nuisances on the track, and everyone else out on the track is aggravated by them.

To top it off, you (SuMx's members) spout off in the server about how you aren't breaking any rules, and JLV can't touch you, or how you can get another key if you get banned. But yet when you come on the forum, and are in the public's eye you act so innocent, and try to claim that you are just a new rider who is having problems. These are strongly apposing viewpoints, it's almost comical to watch you try to talk your way out of your actions.

Look around out there, there is a very small group of riders who are going in and making dirty passes constantly, the majority of us are there for clean racing, and clean passing. We don't mind following a rider around lap after lap waiting for a mistake, or trying to square up under them and get a better drive down the next section, that's where the excitement of racing comes from for us, not in making contact with other riders.

Everyone loves a good take out, and most of the time after the race is over, that's what we do amongst FRIENDS. Key word being friends. Take out battles are fun when you know the person you are battling with, not when it's a random person on a server. If that's how you want to race your friends, that is more than fine with me, but to do it to every other player on the server is very inconsiderate, and completely unnecessary.

In the end, I more than likely just wasted 15 minutes of my time typing this post up, and I'll get some crap about how I take this game too seriously, or to stop being a cry baby. I understand it's a game, and to different people that means different things. All I ask is that you understand that, and to try not to force your way of looking at a game on other people. If I pass you clean, show me the same respect, if I take you out, be my guest, come right back after me.
I understand what you are saying. I'm not mad at anyone. As far as saying jlv cant touch me because I wasn't doing anything wrong? Where did you hear that? The only thing I said in the chat was "hi"

If one of my team members said that I understand that it makes that whole outlook on the whole team that way but you just made it sound like I said it, which I didn't. I didn't come in here acting all innocent about anything I admited that I was being a dirty rider, but yet I was defending myself from people making false assumptions.(that one corner) It is what is. If people want to hear that I couldn't slow down in that "one corner" so I used the people infront of me to stop  then thats fine then. I'm over this.

Fair enough i geuss. Basicly i was saying earlier that you should keep a tighter reign on some of the more wild riders on your team. either that, or boot them.

How about I add a no troll server, and decide the bans on that server by vote or some other system? As long as the system doesn't involve me watching every BS pass I'll be OK with it.

I can already see how that would go. Would you clean out the ban list every month or just wait and see how many trolls ban other people? Seems like it may end up an all troll server

I don't think it would be too bad if it was a vote by current track marshals. It's just a matter of whether anyone would want to watch all of the demos.

Id be down to share some of the responsibility, but people who are well know like shack or phathry or sween would be prime.

Yeah, people who wouldn't get pissy over something. If you get a group of them it would just become a popularity contest like so many things become.

Their banned from 02 right? Not just the actual organized races?

Because once SX Open tracks are out and then the 2012 SXs are out, we will all be in 02 practicing, just for now there isn't always admins on to patrol the streets 03 to catch the trolls in action...

Well of course there "hits" are complete BS, that's the problem. They may as well should be ramming us, and that's the most annoying part about it all, given their past and Puremxs behavior it's undeniable their doing it on purpose and taunting that they can't get banned because of it...

It pisses me off so god damn much JLV, you wouldn't believe. :x

And maybe Phat might start helping out here and there... Seems pretty hectic as of late...

If there is any d,i will watch the demos ,or whatever is needed. The way I look is the more time jlv spends watching demos, the less time he has to work on this great game.

Since I work from home now, I'm online nearly all day US time. I can jump in the server at anytime and patrol if needed.

Now that all the parties have surely read this, there will be no warnings. I will come in and watch - if I see some shady-ness, it'll be an insta-kick and an hour ban. JLV can handle the rest from there.

For those of you looking to get ahold of me.

I'm "thecheckerz448" on xfire which I always have signed in. Drop me a message to go clean up.
