I was in the lead and had lapped him, then 378 decided to bonzai the finish line and take me out. His UID is 3289.
Here's a video of the incident, it's at the end:

The pitboard says I'm in the wrong place for some reason, but as you can see from the race stats I was a lap ahead of him and in the lead:

Sorry, the takeout is at 0:45, not at the end.

2 things.
1. always post demos. Not youtube videos.
2. He didnt cut the track to do it, so there is no need for a ban, plus it looked totally accidental.

ah, didn't know that, here's the demo:

and he was a lap down. how do you accidentally pin it right into the guy that's already lapped you. and if he didn't mean to hit me, he still shouldn't have been trying to race me and pass me back, he blatantly ignored the blue flag.

Isn't that only an issue if you're racing for position? If the guy has been put a lap down, is 10 feet behind you, then pulls alongside and takes you out, I think it's pretty obvious they're ignoring the blue flag. Unless that's not a bannable offense, in which case I think the blue flag should be enforced a bit better.

There was no intent to take you out, he went for a whip and messed up a bit, causing him to bounce accross the track towards you. I was just bad luck that he hit you. Now you need to stop being so butt-hurt and turn up your stability.

Again, how is it bad luck that he hit me? I had
already lapped him, and he was far behind me. He then pinned it to try and catch up to me, and pass me. When you're a lap down, you're not supposed to be doing that. My issue isn't that he took me out. It's that he purposefully pulled alongside from behind, and then turned into me to setup for his corner, all while he was a lap down.
fyi this is the first guy I've ever reported, so it's not like I'm getting all butt hurt. This is a pretty obvious case of a lapper completely disregarding the blue flag.

Holy shit Nikhil, settle it down.
A) IRL, Blue flag is the law. Here, its a courtisy thing. He was trying to get his lap back and after messing up, he tried to save it, even turned away from you, then colided with you.
B) Get over yourself.
